Igiebor Wilson Ewere is a passionate and results-driven Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional with over nine years of experience spanning the construction, manufacturing, and maritime industries. He currently serves as the Head of HSE at Josepdam Port Services Nigeria Limited, where he plays a key role in promoting a proactive safety culture and ensuring safe, compliant operations across the terminal.
A graduate of the prestigious Petroleum Training Institute (PTI), Effurun, Delta State, Wilson holds a qualification in Industrial Safety and Environmental Technology. His cross-sector experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of practical safety leadership and risk management in complex operational environments.

He was commended by Port Health for his valuable contribution to the development of the Public Health Emergency Contingency Plan for Tin Can Island Port. He has also been awarded the Gold Award by the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) Safety Department for two consecutive years, in recognition of his outstanding contribution to safe work operations.
